Policies + Protocol

• Invoice need to be paid in full

• Classes/Workshops are non-refundable. Please ensure you can make it to every class. Unfortunately, there are no make-up days for missed group classes. 

• Per private classes, Please make sure you notice us a minimum of 48 hours before a class if you are unable to attend

• Closed toed shoes are required to enter the studio

• No toys from home or home items are allowed in the studio. For our students who are doing character development. You are allowed to bring in your reference work. (the reference work is items that have been approved by the teacher before hand)

• Please try your hardest to be punctual. There is limited time in between classes to ensure the studio is completely disinfected. If you arrive early please wait in your vehicle. 

• Inclement Weather: If class is unable to be attended due to snow or a storm, if possible we will set up a virtual art class ahead of time supply kits will be provided by the studio and available for pick up during a selected time. If there is not enough time beforehand, your account will be credited.

• All workshop & event ticket sales are final, However tickets are transferable to another person

• If you are feeling under the weather we ask that please stay home
